Refund & Return Policy – Your Dr. Bright
At Your Dr. Bright, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before returning any item.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging (including tags, if any)

A proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation) is required
Non-returnable items include:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions, including the return address.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or suitable alternative).

Ship the package to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Please do not send your return to the address on the original shipping label without contacting us first. This may cause delays or result in a lost package.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as a defective product, wrong item sent, or damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or not liking the product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds – A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected refunds – If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, it is worn, washed, or damaged), we will contact you to arrange for the item to be sent back to you at your expense, or we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

The item shows obvious signs of use or damage that was not present at the time of sale

The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged

The return is requested after the 30-day window but within a reasonable time (at our discretion)
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Please follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item through our website.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at yourdrbright@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Photos or a short video clearly showing the defect or damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Options may include a full refund, a replacement, or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval notice, please check the following:

10. European Union Customers (If Applicable)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for EU customers exercising this right are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by local law.
