Track Your Order – Your Dr. Bright
Thank you for shopping with Your Dr. Bright. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

How to Track Your Order
Follow these simple steps to check the status of your shipment:

Locate your tracking number – Look for the shipping confirmation email we sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes your unique tracking number.

Click the tracking link – The email contains a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Simply click the link to see real-time updates on your shipment.

Enter your tracking number manually – If the link does not work, copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking tool on the carrier's website (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on your location and shipping method).

No Tracking Number Yet?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check the following:

Your order may still be processing. Most orders take 1 to 3 business days to be prepared for shipment.

Check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes our emails may end up there by mistake.

Verify that you entered the correct email address when placing your order.

If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please contact us.

Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking status has not changed for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us.

Order Status Overview
Here is what the different tracking statuses generally mean:

Order Placed – We have received your order and are processing it.

Order Confirmed – Payment has been verified and your order is being prepared.

Shipped – Your order has left our facility and is with the carrier.

Out for Delivery – Your package is on its way to your address and should arrive soon.

Delivered – The carrier has marked your package as delivered. If you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

Delayed – There is an unexpected delay with your shipment. Please check the carrier's website for more details.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please first check with family members, neighbors, or your building's front desk. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. For further assistance, email us and we will do our best to help.
